Tonight was Chase the Ace at PVGCC. It was a lovely summer evening and we had a great crowd here at the clubhouse enjoying supper and cold beverages.   Ticket sales for the week were $649.00.  Our highest sales this round. That meant the jackpot was $1390.95.   The ticket drawn for the evening belonged to Laurie Stewart.  Laurie was in attendance this evening.  Laurie drew his own card, the 2 of hearts.  That meant Laurie took home a cheque for $129.80.  The jackpot for next week will start out at $1390.95, and should climb to over $1500.  The 50/50 sales for the week were $277.00.  The winner of the 50/50 was Blaine Burgess. Friday Fun Nights are Back

Our first Friday Fun Night of the season will be this Friday June 21. This week’s theme will be ‘how sweet it is!’. Registration at 5:30 tee off at 6:00. We hope you can join us for a fun evening of laughter, treats and of course golf

TUESDAY NIGHT JUNIOR ‘LEARN TO PLAY PROGRAM’ Registration

For the beginning junior golfer, we offer our “Learn to Play “program.  This is held every Tuesday evening in the summer.

 Registration for 2019  is June 11 and June 18th from 6-8:00 pm, and the program begins June 25th at 5:45 pm.  This program lasts for 10 weeks and the cost is $40 plus tax. This program is staffed by member volunteers, using a fun-based teaching method where children are divided into age categories and move from station to station in 20 minute intervals.

Please be aware that there are two major changes for the 2019 Season:

  1.  The start time of the program has been changed to 5:45 pm, Tuesday  to allow everyone enough time to get here after work.
  2. The minimum age of supervision has changed.  Due to increased safety concerns we now require that any participants age 7 and under be supervised by an adult.
