Position: Food & Beverage Server
Seasonal – May to October 2022
Thursdays, Weekends and Tournaments
The Server is responsible for the on-course, restaurant and event service of food and beverages.
Our full-service restaurant supports the golf and public traffic for counter service, table service and large event catering; on-course service includes one beverage carts, 10th hole BBQ hut, and set up of temporary food and/or beverage service stands.
Servers are expected to complete training in all areas. Servers complete a wide range of duties in addition to food and beverage service, including, but not limited to, restocking, cleaning, set up and take down of events, and supporting other departments as requested.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and working as a key member of the restaurant and golf course team, the Server works to ensure that the food and beverage service supports the goals of the club.
